weekly schedule



Wanted to blog about me & my gym buddy's weekly schedule long time ago but again it's been delayed... as usual...

As you can see... working adults like us have limited time to do all the things we want to do and hence we gotta plan carefully to ensure we spend our precious time wisely. No matter how packed our schedules are, we make sure everything is worthwhile (in our context of coz).

Some frens complain that i m sooo busy they have to make appointment with me like 1 week before (at least) to be able to see me..

Frankly i realised, yea i m currently very ocupied with my training (Run + Gym) + Jap lessons (although i admit m a super LAZY Student). But i really enjoy doing wat i m doing now.. :)

Colik X looked at me and then shook her head, "if Cali Fit check on you (the frequency of me going to the gym) they'll definitely realise they are making a loss. I cannot imagine how you can go in the morning and then again in the night! That's y they discontinued the lifetime membership oredi!!"

Got meh?! cannot be ah.. coz i keep receiving calls from them offering me free sessions with the PT. (i rejected all of them coz i really got no time {look at my weekly schedule!}..)

Colik KS-WJ seconded Colik X's statement. He said "you go almost everyday.. they sure RUGI..." Colik X added,"if every lifetime member goes as frequent as you, they sure rugi one. u shud just camp there."

sick day

i m feeling very miserable since last nite.. stomach pain pain.. huhuhuu...

went running w L*** behind our house yesterday, near the Kallang big longkang.. my stomach started aching oredi when i started.. at first i tot i just need to go toilet (again?!) so i hold on. Managed to hold on to the pain and did 3.2km while L**** did 4km. after all the cool down & stretching we went home & watch a bit of TV.. i prepared my gym bag for Pump the next day.. I tot the pain will go away the next day.. unfortunately NOT.. i woke up this morning feeling the discomfort in the lower abdominal..dun care.. still went to gym :P

i think i couldn't smile at all this morning.. went to work feeling worse.. but i had 2 meetings...

i tried very hard to think about food i ate yesterday.. and i come to a conclusion that it's the fried junk food (muruku & chips) i ate at my colik's place/desk.. must be those unhealthy food that caused me all the pain!!!

went to see doc at last at about 4pm just now.. the doc gave me 1/2 day MC.. but i left office late at 5:45pm.. at least 15min earlier.. tomoro heading to KL.. so.. pls let me recover soon..

The secret behind the "STAR"

How do i earn a STAR? Why do i highlight my day as "STAR day"?

Is it because i win a lottery? No.

Is it because i pass my exam? No.

Is it because i am being praised by someone? No.

Well, in any case if i were to face serious memory loss diseases like Alzheimer during my old age (Touch wood!) I hope i can look back at my blog & understand myself better.

I set a reward scheme for myself where i will be rewarded with a star if i do not get angry unecessarily/ if i manage my anger well even though i encounter unhappy situations in a day. So, if i get a star on a particular day, it will be considered as my "STAR DAY". Coz i believe if we look at things differently/ positively, we can avoid getting angry unecessarily. Anger, not only will it make yourself unhappy.. ur unhapiness might affect the ppl around you too especially your loved ones.

Aging is part & parcel of life. We can moan about it but we cant avoid it. Some people age gracefully while some age prematurely.. You choose your own path...
