bought a foot massage book few weeks back during lunch hour at $7.90 (so cheap isn't it)
Now i ve to force myself to read it & try practicing the steps.
yea, i always tot seeing a chinese doc whenever you have slight injury is a waste of money. (will cost me at least RM80-90 per visit if i go lynn's recommended doc in JB, and my weekend will be gone if i go JB..) so this book is really cheap if i can do it myself. YYYYYYYYY after sooooo long my right leg is still sore especially when i do jumping/ running. Actually it's just the lower inner calf area, still a bit swollen. scary it's almost 2 months oredi since the safari zoo run! this is really no good. COZ i WANNA train for my 10km run this coming May!! And i wanna try my half marathon in October this year... please dear leg please..
ok, let's try the steps here.. it says these are simple ways to revive, soothe, pamper and feel good not only your legs but your entire body.. dunno how true. should i believe a 7.90 book.. let's try and wish me luck
